  4. Who seems to come to me most often for input, expertise, or inspiration? What kind of problems are they facing?

  7. What does my team/colleagues rely on me for? What do I need from them?

  8. What is working well in my online engagement and communication? What is draining me?

  9. What excites me about my career/my role? What no longer feels like a fit? What aspects have I outgrown?
